The Arizona Housing Association (AZHA) has announced the arrival of the 2008 Spring Home Show March 28 through April 6 at Rillito Raceway Park, 4502 N. First Ave. The 2008 Spring Home Show is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Admission is free and open to the public. Visitors can register to win one of two BBQ grills.
Governor Janet Napolitano has declared March 2008 to be “Factory Constructed Housing Month” in recognition of the economic impact of the industry, providing over 7,000 jobs in over 3,000 businesses across Arizona, and increasing homeownership opportunities for Arizona families through Annual Home Shows held in Bullhead City, Kingman, Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma.
“The 2008 Spring Home Show promises to be spectacular,” said Brent Barnard, Home Show Chairman, continuing, “If anyone has ever considered the advantages of owning a factory constructed home, this is the perfect place to be. Retailers will be displaying their newest designs, complete with on-site financing, and manufacturer’s representatives will be on hand to address any questions.”
See how to live as manufacturers and retailers showcase fully decorated model homes on the grounds of the park. Industry representatives will be on hand to discuss the almost endless options available, including exciting new exteriors, designer features and flexible floor plans, custom interior options, energy-efficient design and construction, and the many financing options available, including FHA/VA and Conventional financing. Information on land/home packages will also be available.
The Arizona Housing Association is dedicated to increasing home ownership opportunities in Arizona by focusing on image improvement, zoning equality and customer satisfaction. Its membership includes Manufacturers, Retailers, Developers, Lenders, Contractors/Installers, Suppliers, and Brokers of Pre-Owned Homes. AZHA has a legislative and regulatory program designed to protect and promote the interests of the industry. It also conducts educational programs designed to address members' needs and industry issues.
