FME, French international sales and distribution company, presents RXRHorse, a highly protective vest intended for horse riding as a leisure activity and as a competitive sport. This innovative product was designed by RxR Protect, specialist in protective sports gear.
RxR Protect has developed the “Air Shock Absorber” (ASA), an exclusive patented system that encloses air in a honeycombed, inflatable, resistant, and ergonomic structure. Applying this technology to equestrian sports allows the brand to offer a vest that has an optimum level of protection (level 3 of the CE standards) and which, in case of impact, is capable of absorbing five times more energy than classic vests and eight times more energy than foam vests.
This microfiber vest is also both flexible and functional. Anti-microbial treated and breathable, it wicks away moisture from the skin to guarantee riders comfort and hygiene. The vest can be worn under or over a garment and even against bare skin.
The RXRHorse vest has two inflatable valves (front and back) and an air pump included with the vest to allow easy inflation of its system before wear. The vest fastens with Velcro closures and can be adjusted using the elastic side straps. The shoulders are reinforced with 10-mm-thick (about .5-in.-thick) polyurethane foam. RXRHorse was designed to ensure a level of shock absorption that complies with current safety standards (EN 13158 and EN 13158-200-06).
FME is looking to expand its U.S. and Canada network of distributors for this innovative product that is suitable for all equestrian sports.
RXRHorse is available in four sizes: S, M, L, and XL. Color: blue.
