Peace Of Mind About Equine Colic
By Bruce DeFoor, D4 Quarter Horses

Every horse owner hates colic. We hate the terrible pain it puts our horses through. We hate the expense and the real possibility of losing our horses. We sure hate feeling that we are virtually helpless. Because of all this, I am compelled to share a story that happened to me a few months back.

Late last year I read an advertisement about a patented product that claimed to stop equine colic. Being the eternal optimist, I immediately ordered several bottles of Equine Colic Relief as an alternative course of action for my horses. Although we hadn’t had colic in many years, I figured it would be a little extra insurance, just in case we ever did again. Even though I believed the claims the company made about it were true, I still had never actually used it. To me it would have been just fine if it could have stayed that way.

All that changed though on Tuesday, January 15th when I got a call from a Notary Public in Capitan NM named John Fish. John’s horse, Yank, had started to colic the night before and the next morning he was in real trouble. John certainly knew the signs of colic and Yank had exhibited all of them, including laying down, rolling, kicking, and biting at his stomach. A shot of Banamine and lots of walking did nothing to relieve the trouble that morning. John knew he needed to act fast to save his horse. Fortunately, John’s son had already heard that Equine Colic Relief was an alternative to conventional colic treatment. He also knew that I had a few bottles and so he called his dad and urged him to just try it first before visiting his vet.

On the way to meet them, I first grabbed my video camera in hopes of trying to document the event. Although the product had worked thousands of times, no one had ever videotaped the process before and I wanted to be the first.* After our hurried hellos, I started the camera as John gave his horse the entire contents of the 4 ounce bottle. It was easy to give since it is administered orally, just like a wormer, and horses like the sweet taste. Then I immediately asked him to listen to Yank’s gut to see what he could hear. John listened and found it to be almost totally silent. Only eight minutes later I asked him to listen again and to John’s surprise, he actually heard some gut sounds beginning to return. Fifteen minutes after the dose, John
was happy to report that he heard lots of loud gut sounds just like any other healthy horse. I don’t know why we were both
so surprised, since that is exactly what the product said it would do. Still, both of us were amazed that a silent and dieing gut
could be returned to a normal sounding state in only 15 minutes, as evidenced in the video. My camera rolled as Yank got
relief from his first watery bowel movement exactly 19 minutes later! This all natural product had re-hydrated his gut and
moved the impaction through him, just like it claimed. Yank then relieved himself several more times and began returning to his normal healthy self. Just an hour after I met them, John was satisfied that his horse was fine and with great relief they loaded up and headed home. When Yank got back to his stall he drank water and went straight to eating his hay as if nothing had ever happened. The next day John again reported that Yank was completely over the colic bout and had no relapse of any sort after
that. It turns out that Equine Colic Relief has been saving thousands of horses since 1999, but there are a lot of horse owners
who still haven’t heard of it. After researching the company, reading countless thank you letters from owners and watching it
work first hand; Yank and John are convinced that no horse owner should ever be without it.

Colic is still the one thing horse owner’s fear the most. Owners with Equine Colic Relief in their bag don’t have that fear anymore. They know they can just reach into their bag and pull out a bottle that can stop a bout of colic in an average of only 90 minutes. Light cases of Sand colic can take up to 2 hours more, but it can be stopped just as easily and reliably. Of course, nothing but surgery can save a horse with a twisted or telescoping gut or for stones and gravel for that matter. But it works great for the most common forms of colic such as Impaction, Gas, Spasmodic, and Sand Colic without trauma, side effects, duress, or further pain. If you only had one single health product to keep available for your horse, this should be it. Stock several to keep in your barn and in your truck. Many clients have saved their neighbors horses simply because they ordered it and made it available to their friends. Equine Colic Relief is a safe alternative neutraceutical with natural ingredients and an incredible TWELVE-YEAR SHELF LIFE. It’s ready to work for you and your horse when you need it the most. Just remember that the fastest shipping in the world won’t be fast enough if your horse has a bout of colic without this. Now you finally have a real alternative to just waiting for help to arrive. Now you can take control and help your horse. You are your horse’s number one advocate. Your horse depends on you to make the right decisions. We have all been ‘dreaming’ for an answer to equine colic. So you can do the right thing now and gain some peace of mind, or else you could just keep on dreaming.

“We don’t claim it’s a miracle, but our clients do!”
