Southeast Texas equestrians can meet two bona fide rodeo legends when Cherry Creek Equestrian Center holds its open house on July 23, 2010.
The doors will open to the public from 12 Noon until 6 PM.
Three time PRCA World Champion Team Roper Tee Woolman and his wife Jacque have moved their family to the Texas coast to be ropers in residence at the state’s newest and finest equine facility

Cherry Creek Equestrian Center boasts 48 stalls to accommodate full service boarding, seating for 500 in the huge 150’by 250’ covered arena, an outdoor arena, a six horse Preifert Panel Walker, and 250 wooded acres of trails leading to the historic Lost and Old River which feeds into Galveston Bay.
Or you can “leg up” your horse on Cherry Creek’s one mile gallop track then cool him down in the facility’s luxurious warm water wash bays.
For further conditioning, coming soon is an Equine Constant Current Conditioning Pool.
Rodeo legends Tee and Jacque will be teaching roping, barrel racing, and basic equestrian riding skills plus doing private horse training at the site. Ropers can have one on one training with the three time national team roping champion in multiple half day sessions. Cherry Creek also offers group lessons, and equine therapy in Cherry Creek’s state of the art ECB Equine Spa.
Coming soon CCEC will hold Ranch Sorting Practice from 7 – 10 PM Wednesday evenings with unlimited runs of $35.
Cherry Creek Equestrian Center offers children and adult birthday parties.
