Small Business Appreciation Days held for Chambers of Commerce and local businesses
Horse Capital Productions is providing companies the opportunity to participate in "Small Business Appreciation Days" at the International Equestrian Festival being held at the Lexington Convention Center September 25 - October 10, during the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. Chambers of Commerce and businesses can showcase themselves to thousands of local, national and international visitors attending the 16-day festival.
"Your business doesn't have to be local to Lexington to be appreciated," commented Anne Buchanan, CEO and Founder of Horse Capital Productions. "Our goal is to make the excitement of the games as inclusive as possible. We welcome all enterprises to participate in the celebrations at the International Equestrian Festival."
Presented by HRTV (the television and broadband network for horse sports), the International Equestrian Festival (IEF), held daily from 1 p.m. - 9 p.m., offers live horse demonstrations and educational seminars, an international shopping expo, hospitality, and a wide variety of additional activities and entertainment. Interested Chambers and businesses will receive, at no cost, exclusive recognition during their appointed "Small Business Appreciation Day", including:
* Complimentary use of banquet room (up to 500 person capacity) for meetings, receptions, or client or employee appreciation events. Hyatt Regency can provide catering services, with costs to be covered by the business or Chamber hosting the event.
* Press release announcement posted on IEF website
* Reciprocal link on IEF website
* Announcement on IEF Facebook page (nearly 9,000 fans)
* Reciprocal opportunity for distribution of coupons or special offers to IEF attendees
* Members/employees encouraged to wear branded T-shirts during their Small Business Appreciation Day to increase company or Chambers' presence at the event
* Televised opportunities via media partners HRTV (national) and WTVQ (Lexington)
* Booth space - limited availability, registration fee to be covered by business or Chamber
* Customized International Equestrian Festival sponsorships are still available (fees apply)
