Friday, July 29
8:00 am – 8:00 pm Check in for stalls and for event tickets at Latigo Trails Equestrian Center located northeast of Colorado Springs.
6:00 pm – 7:30 pm Welcome Reception at Latigo Trails Equestrian Center located north east of Colorado Springs. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and cash bar.
Saturday, July 30
8:00 am – 9:45 am Check in for Trail Ride and event tickets at the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
10:00 am – 4:00 pm Trail Ride and lunch at the US Air Force Academy. Lunch will be provided on the ride.
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Reception and Dinner at ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy with entertainment provided by Michael Martin Murphey. Cash bar.
Sunday, July 31
9:30 am – 10:30 am Cowboy Church Services at the Flying W Ranch in Colorado Springs. (Facilities open at 9:00 am to visitors, so come early)
10:30 am – 1:30 pm Roundtable Discussion followed by Lunch at Flying W Ranch in Colorado Springs. Take part in the discussion with Western Horseman staff, book authors and horse industry professionals. Entertainment provided by Flying W Wranglers.
