Region 9 Arabian Horse Association Championship Show to be held at the Will Rogers Memorial Center Complex in Fort Worth, Texas, has added more than $25,000 prize money to the show. Last year more than 600 Purebred and Half-Arabian horses participated in the show. We anticipate and even larger number of horses and exhibitors this year due to the increase in the additional prize money.
I would like to invite you to be an exhibitor. This show should serve as an excellent venue for you to present your product/service to a wide variety of individuals.
The show starts at 8:00 am Wednesday, June 13, and concludes after the evening session on Saturday, June 16. Move in date for commercial vendors will be Tuesday, June 12 at 8:00 am. Your exhibits must be set up no later than 9:00 pm on that day. No tear down of booths will be allowed before 7:30 pm on June 16. Move out date is June 17 by 1:00 pm. Each booth will have 8’ back drapes and 3’ side drapes, one 8’ table, 2 chairs and 1 trash can. If you do not need the table and/or chairs please indicated such on your application. If you need any special items for your booth (additional tables, different size table, carpet, or draping, etc.) that will be at your expense and you will need to contact Henly Decorators at 214-630-5562 to place your order and arrange payment direct to Henly Decorators.
Parking at Will Rogers: The facility is charging a parking fee for automobiles ($5/day) in the facility parking lots. Parking passes are in-and-out passes – you do not need to repay the $5 each time you enter the facility THAT DAY. A different fee is charged for trailers, $3 or $10/day depending on where you park your trailer. Fees will be collected at facility entrance points when you arrive. Region 9 will pick up parking for one vehicle from June 12-17. You can purchase passes online at www.culturaldistrictparking.com, but there is a $2 per day service charge added to the daily fee per car and per trailer. The Region 9 Championship Show does not benefit in any way from the collected parking fees.
Please complete application and return it with your full payment to be received by May 7, 2012. If you are reserving a booth inside the exhibit hall, please remember that space is limited and priority will be based on receipt of the full booth payment. If you are interested in space outside, please be aware that there is no way of guaranteeing the security of your property. If full payment is not received by the due date, your space will be available to another exhibitor.
