Entry closing date is Wednesday June 6th. Enter online now by going here https://secure.arabianhorses.org/cgi-bin/AHA/member_login.cgi?func=login&redir=natshow or fax your entries. If you choose to fax your entries, please use the following procedures:
A cover sheet must include the list of horses/fees on a per horse basis and include a contact phone number.
All paperwork must be faxed which includes membership cards (AHA & USEF/EC), Registration Certificates, Qualifications, Stall With Request Form, Credit Card information, etc.
Change to Post Entry Fees for Youth Nationals!
The Youth Commission made a motion to allow people to enter without the post entry fee if they are qualifying at a Class A show after the original close of entries on June 6th if they are not previously qualified. If you are submitting an additional class entry after this time and are already qualified then the post entry fee will apply. Remember, there is no such thing as "re-qualifying".
For people qualifying after the close of entries from a Class A show, you will need to follow the procedures in the 2012 Omnibus on page 32 for the Regional Exceptions to ensure that you get stalls, etc.
If you are entering multiple classes and are already qualified for some classes, the classes you are qualified for still need to be entered before the original close of entries on July 6th in order to avoid post entry fees.
