Jane Springer scored a 66.000% in the Adult Amateur Prix St. Georg last weekend at the Wellington Classic Dressage Challenge II held at the Jim Brandon Equestrian Center in Wellington, Florida. The high score was earned with her beautiful chestnut partner, Talent. Springer, who rides at Romance Farm with Robert Dover, put in one of her better performances and bested the competition by a full two points.
Springer was delighted with the win, and the prestigious Sho Clothes custom-made Signature Whip that became hers upon being announced the high score winner in the FEI sponsored class. Sho Clothes co-owner and Pan American Games Gold Medalist, Betsy Rebar Sell, was on hand to present the award to Springer as Show Manager, Noreen O’Sullivan, and Talent looked on.
Sho Clothes sponsors a High Score PSG Champion award in its on-going effort to support the Small Tour FEI levels. “Because Betsy Rebar Sell is a Pan Am Gold Medalist, success at this level holds a special meaning to us”, said Michele Hundt who co-owns and operates Sho Clothes with Rebar Sell.
