Grand Prix Village "South" Farm lots for Sale - Join Our Mailing List

Wellington Equestrian Partners, LLC. announced today that it was offering approximately 10 - four acre lots for sale in a newly planned subdivision called "Grand Prix South" - the lots are located to the west of the current Littlewood show rings.

The driving entrance to the lots will be through Grand Prix Village and will be separated from the current South Grounds (formerly Littlewood showgrounds). The South Showgrounds will be separated from the new lots by landscaping, however golf cart and bridle path access will remain between the lots and the south showgrounds.

Existing stabling rings, and paddocks on the South Grounds property will be relocated and enhanced to the east of the Littlewood show rings.
