"Get Ready to Rodeo!"

All of the rodeos are taking advantage of this beautiful weather we have, and therefore we are having the BUSIEST time. We have traveled from Yuma to Apache Junction to Buckeye, and back again! I am so glad for all of these opportunities we are getting, and all of the new friends I am making. I am truly honored to have my 3 girls traveling along beside me. We are having an awesome time, and never want this year to end.

As many of you all know, April represents the month of the greatest rodeo of all time…the Gila County Championship Rodeo of course! Mark it on your calendars, because this year our rodeo is going to be Saturday and Sunday, April 26th and 27th, at the Gila County fairgrounds in Globe. It is always such a fun event, and a way to escape the heat at the start of another HOT Arizona summer! We will kick off the rodeo weekend with a parade down historic downtown Globe starting at 11 o’clock . You can relax until 6 pm when the rodeo kicks up some dirt and the cowboys and cowgirls give us an exciting show! Right after the last bull rider takes his turn, we can kick up our heels at the rodeo dance right there in the rodeo arena! Our rodeo weekend will come to an end with the Sunday performance at 1 o’clock , and then this rodeo won’t be back till next year. In a fun addition to the rodeo this year, the Gila queens will have surprise entertainment for the rodeo fans, and we wish all of you will come check it out! I know I will see you ALL there at my favorite rodeo. Till then! Get ready to rodeo!
