NRCHA Welcomes Newest Corporate Partner - Markel Insurance Company

The National Reined Cow Horse Association has announced that Markel
Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Markel Corporation based in Glen Allen,
Virginia, has come on board as the newest NRCHA Corporate Partner.
Along with being the Official Equine Insurance Company of the NRCHA,
Markel Insurance Company will also be the presenting sponsor of the NRCHA
Snaffle Bit Futurity Sales, held October 2 - 4 at the Snaffle Bit Futurity
in Reno, Nevada. The company will also award an NRCHA Sale Bonus. Every time someone buys a horse, they get a chance to win $500 in Markel Bonus Money.
In addition to the bonus, Markel will be providing "Fall of the Hammer"
coverage to NRCHA members for horses purchased at the NRCHA Snaffle Bit
Futurity Horse Sales. Mortality coverage will be provided for the horse's
purchase price once the hammer drops and coverage extends 24 hours after the
