CLINIC DETAILS
Intensives are designed for the serious minded who sincerely want to vastly improve their communication skills with horses. Professionals as well as pleasure riders benefit greatly from this week of study and fun as each day builds on the previous. As the week progresses, each session takes on its own personality as side trips riding into the mountains, swimming, and adult camaraderie develop. Campfires, guitar music, story telling, and dancing are options available to all. Viewed as an adult camp with a theme, this format has the highest degree of retention by the students. Even veteran equine professionals are awed by the knowledge they bring home. Working with a large variety of horses with varying issues, is an invaluable opportunity and critical to the learning process. There is absolutely no substitute for handling dozens of horses in one week!
White Stallion Ranch has been used as the location for filming many westerns, past and present. The ambience is yesteryear wonderful, clean, simple, and classy. The food is fabulous and abundant, from healthy to downright decadent. Candle-lit dinners on the patio. Cool lunches in the shade of the ancient mesquite trees. Breakfast rides into the desert. Made-to-order breakfasts every single morning, just as you like it. Quality coffee. Shhhhhhhh- homemade cookies galore. . . The head wrangler, Carol Bachman runs the most professional horse program in the industry, bar none. Mostly importantly, Carol genuinely cares about the animals and will fit a horse perfectly to your abilities and goals. And finally, the True Brothers, Michael and Russell are committed to excellence in every respect. In short, the True boys run a tight ship!
TESTIMONIALS
The week in Tucson was the best of my life and horse whispering is my calling in life. Anita Meyer, November ‘08
Everyone has asked me how my clinic went and I tell everyone it was a PEAK EXPERIENCE in my life. Barbara Hall, November ‘07
I’ve had a love for horses all my life, but knew there was a whole lot more to it. There were gaps in my education and general understanding of so many aspects of horsemanship. Plus, my confidence. . . now that has all changed. These two guys- Jim and Frank gave me the boost I’d been seeking. They genuinely care so much about horses and truly helping their students. My whole world relating to all things equestrian has been given a jump-start. Adrienne Mullinose, ‘08
My husband and I attended the Arizona Intensive Clinic which was truly life-changing. I have attended other clinics, both in person and via home courses, but must say Frank's method is TOPS, the BEST. Frank and Jim are outstanding teachers with the ability to make things clearly understood with all the why's, how-to's, along with the friendship with the horse. Of all we've seen, Frank's system, full of heart SURPASSES all because of simplicity, clarity, safety, understanding, and a gentle loving approach to the horse. It is companionship, not just training. We made wonderful new friends who network to help each other. The camaraderie we experienced at the ranch was wonderful. Beautiful scenery, fantastic food, best vacation ever. Come to the Arizona Clinic, you will be so glad you did!!! Teresa and Michael Lee
