SUPERSTITION PAINT HORSES ANNOUNCES 2ND ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE


SATURDAY:  April 14 (11:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Superstition Paint Horses, owned and operated by Merle and Marilyn Ehlebracht, is located in Queen Valley, Arizona. SPH has been in business in Arizona since 1994. With over 35 years of equine experience, SPH offers training, boarding, breeding and sales.
This year SPH is teaming with Rice Quarter Horses to bring you their 2nd annual open house. Cutting horse demonstrations, by Rob Little, will begin at 1:00 pm. Rob will be demonstrating beginning cutting horses, intermediate and advanced.  Several stallions will be on display for your breeding selection. These include Huckleberry Bart, APHA Champion, owned by Ron Shafer, JJ Frecklestine, Grandson of Colonel Freckles, owned by Rice Quarter Horses. SPH's own Huck's Impressive Gain will also be displayed, for the 2002 breeding season.
Horses on display for sale include:  Sabinos, Overos, and Breeding Stock, weanlings, yearlings, and adults, fillies and geldings. Bloodlines include: Colonel Freckles, Impressive, Ratchett, Heath Bar None, Skipper W, Docs Oak, Doc Bar, My Painted Robin, Two Eyed Jack, and many more.
A barbecue (free) lunch will be served from noon til 2:00, courtesy of SPH. Entertainment begins at noon also, featuring bluegrass and country music. Iron Art will be on display and available for sale, complements of Old West Iron Art.  Old West Iron Art is located in Apache Junction at 2315 Old West Highway, owner Brad Williamson. www.oldwestironart.com)  Arts and crafts will be displayed for sale all day.
Superstition Paint Horses would like to extend an invitation to all to come join in the fun, tour the boarding facilities, see the trails available for riding, have some lunch, listen to the band, witness the cutting, talk with the trainers, and general have a great time!
